So all in all, if you can get a 3070 in the price of the 6700 XT, of course choose the former.

You're once again cherry picking data,in the big picture,6700xt is same as 2070S in RT,without the option to actually run it since there's still no dlss equivalent on amd Yeah when there's hardly any rt done it's close.go watch digital foundry's video on cost of rt on nvidia and amd and tell me it's shocking they're close when cod only does rt shadows,the cheapest in terms of performance cost.now compare that to the cost of GI or having a few effects enabled.
